Maia Ahmad

Maya Estianty (born in Surabaya, East Java, January 27, 1976; age 33 years), or used to be known by the name of Maia Ahmad is one of the singers from the band formerly known MAIA AHMAD. Besides singing, Maia also plunged into the world of artists and became one of the stunt comedy Extravaganza Trans TV, but then stopped, then continued to participate in the sit-com drama in the OB (RCTI) for a few episodes.

Maia has the religion of Islam, is the former wife of musician Ahmad Dhani of Dewa 19 band who first met Maia when they went to school at SMAN 2 Surabaya after graduating from SMP 1 Surabaya. Until now, he has three children of his marriage to Ahmad Dhani. After 12 years of marriage about 2 years old Maia and Dhani officially divorced on 23 September 2008
